C&B Assistant Manager

Our client is a European Consumer Brand with global operations and outlets. As one of the top 3 leaders in the world, Hong Kong serves as one of their major hubs. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Compensation & Benefits, Assistant Manager HR to join their Asia team.

Reporting to HR Team Leader based overseas whilst working in a HR team of 10+ based in Hong Kong, you will support international mobility and C&B analysis for Asia markets. As an individual contributor, you will demonstrate good understanding of current market trends and benchmark data, assist in analytical review for their retention and merit programmes. This role will see you having direct liaison with senior leaders in different markets and calibrating with local HR teams. This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will build a solid foundation for further career growth within this organisation

• To qualify , individuals must possess
• Degree holder in Mathematics, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of C&B experiences
• Exposure gained in Consultancy or Multinationals in regional roles
• Analytical and detail oriented; ability to present findings from raw data
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
