Business Solution Analyst (POS)

We are looking for an experienced Business Solution Analyst to support a regional POS transformation initiative.

This role is pivotal in translating business requirements into effective technology solutions, ensuring regional and market-specific needs are aligned with the global POS core model.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements gathering and clarification with retail stakeholders
  • Document current-state and future-state retail processes
  • Conduct market delta and gap analysis against global POS templates
  • Facilitate workshops across regional and local markets
  • Support system integration, data readiness, and overall solution alignment
  • Perform change impact analysis and contribute to adoption and readiness planning
  • Produce and maintain high-quality business documentation with full traceability
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with retail POS transformation projects
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead workshops effectively
  • Experience working in regional or multi-market environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting global or regional rollout programs
  • Familiarity with Oracle POS or similar retail POS platforms
  • Exposure to formal change management frameworks
