Business Manager

Our client is one of the top industry players in the trading and distribution sector for their products. As a SME with an aggressive roadmap, they are well poised for further business expansion in Asia. They are currently looking for a Business Manager to work with Senior Leaders in their Hong Kong office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work as an individual contributor and closely with the Executive Leadership Team. Your key mandate is provide business analysis and advisory to the MD on projects and initiatives, interpret and translate complex data into meaningful information, draft reports and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, represent MD and escalate critical decision making where necessary. This is a vital role where you will have a significant impact on strategic projects and their successes as well as managing the day to day operation of the company.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree qualified, preferably with Accountancy qualification , Master Degree or MBA
• Minimum 8 years of experiences gained in fast paced or sizable multinationals
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to deduce abstract ideas into figures
• Adept at PowerPoint presentations
• Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to handle and resolve complex problems speedily; strong project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
