Business Management Manager

The client is seeking a strategic Business Management Manager to join their team. This role reports directly to the C-Suite and is responsible for analysing business risk and governance

Job Responsibilities:

• Credit risk management framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analysing financial statements, credit reports, and market data to ensure business is updated with industry standards
• Monitor adherence to credit risk policies across the group
• Guidance to business teams on effective credit risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the main contact for risk-related inquiries
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
• Ad hoc projects assigned by the COO

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, legal studies, or risk management is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of focused experience in banking, finance, or accounting services, particularly in financial analysis related to leasing services and risk management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to critically assess diverse data sources.
• Experience in designing and enforcing credit risk policies
• Preferred professional qualifications include CFA or CPA.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with a communicative level of Mandarin preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business is essential.
