Business Development Manager - Premium Clients
Our client is a well-established Hong Kong conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of holdings. As a premiere brand with businesses in hospitality, property, lifestyle, and healthcare, they have a wide variety of premium products and services tailored for the elite. They are currently hiring a Business Development Manager at the Group level to develop new client relationships within the high net worth segment in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing a sales plan within the targeted customer base. You will create and cultivate HNW client relationships and be their main contact. With the support of the internal marketing department, you will manage the full spectrum of the business development cycle from prospecting and outreach, to taking customers through the benefits and selling points of the company's products and services, through to negotiation and closing.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 6 year's HNW sales or client development experience from within luxury, high-end hospitality, premium property, financial solutions, auction houses, or the like, ideally with an ability to sell seamlessly across these different industries
- Good insight of high net worth individuals' spending and investment preferences
- Strong sales experience with a track record of success and a network within the segment
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree
