Business Development Manager - Logistics Startup

Job description

My client is a fast-growing logistics startup funded by Alibaba. With an innovative logistics model focusing on last mile delivery, they have more than 10,000 business partners in Hong Kong and are rapidly expanding. To further enhance their business, they are now in search of a Business Development Manager.

You will be expanding company's business network to find potential commercial leads. You will be converting leads into business opportunities to maximize sales revenue. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Exploring business opportunities among both MNC and SME
  • Promoting companies' logistics solutions and products to potential clients to meet their logistics needs
  • Converting commercial leads to business opportunities to maximize sales revenue
  • Conducting marketing research to further enhance sales strategies
  • Providing quality account management with respective accounts and maintain good relationship

To quality, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of corporate sales experience (B2B)
  • Experience within the logistics industry would be an advantage
  • Capability to adapt the fast pace start up environment
  • Fast learner with strong communication skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
