Introduction: We are partnering with a leading law firm to hire a Business Development Coordinator/Executive (Dispute Resolution) for their growing team. This role offers a fantastic platform for an aspiring professional to support high-profile partners and stakeholders in executing strategic growth initiatives and high-impact marketing projects within the Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities:
Support the manager and Partners in executing strategic growth plans for the Dispute Resolution practice.
Coordinate the end-to-end production of winning pitches, proposals, and client presentations to secure new business.
Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging leads and commercial opportunities.
Manage the firm's CRM system to maintain data integrity and generate targeted client lists for marketing campaigns.
Execute high-profile client seminars, hospitality events, and industry conferences from initial planning through to completion.
Draft creative and compelling submissions for prestigious legal directories and industry awards to enhance firm rankings.
Facilitate internal communications and develop marketing collateral to ensure consistent brand messaging across the practice.
Requirements:
University degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related professional discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of experience within a legal or professional services environment; high-caliber fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential for regional stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a strong grasp of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mature and professional demeanor suited for a high-pressure corporate environment.
Strong organizational capabilities and the stamina to manage multiple deadlines and occasional overtime requirements.
