Business Analyst / Project Manager (Banking & Insurance)

Job description

We are recruiting multiple Business Analysts and Project Managers to support a variety of digital transformation and financial services initiatives across our client portfolio. These roles cover end‑to‑end delivery - from requirements gathering and solution design to project coordination, UAT execution, and post‑launch optimisation.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX designers, and external partners to deliver high‑quality digital solutions across banking, insurance, and wealth management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
  • Drive project planning, coordination, milestone tracking, and reporting
  • Work with business & technical stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
  • Produce BRDs, PRDs, workflows, process maps, and project documentation
  • Manage and execute UAT cycles, defect tracking, and issue resolution
  • Support agile delivery using tools such as Jira or similar platforms
  • Conduct market research, user analysis, and continuous improvement reviews
  • Help ensure compliance, quality standards, and governance alignment

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Business Analysis or Project Management
  • Experience within financial services (banking, insurance, securities, payments, WM)
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD/FRD/PRD, workflows, user stories)
  • Solid hands‑on UAT experience
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with digital platforms, mobile/web apps, AI/data projects is a plus
  • Self-driven personality with ability to work independently
