A Global Markets Credit Technology Business Analyst/Developer (50/50) works directly with the internal Technology teams spread across NY, HK, IND and Global users to understand and formulate the changes required for various initiatives. Key areas of focus include planning and projecting all the work required, global coordination, formulate business requirements and be part of the global development team to lead India resources. The position will have 50% focus on business analysis and 50% on development.

This role requires you to sit in their P&L area, which requires very strong database skills and good development knowledge. As you will be assisting Desk/MO/Finance on PL generation and review process on a daily basis you'll be expected to Interact extensively with global market users in Japan, HK and London at times.

Other key responsibilities will be to formulate and channelize the Asia requirements to the global team and ensure those are well-delivered, manage the SLA driven complex load process and fix the issues timely. Be a part of the global development team and deliver in an agile manner and assist with a variety of ad hoc assignments, including preparing business and technology presentations, typically with time constraints. Be a knowledgeable resource and point person within the Global work stream who can efficiently track the team's day-to-day technology activities and manage the financial budgets and projections for the group.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, preferably in computer science with around 10 years of experience in Finance Technology, excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to debug and fix others' code. Hands on development skills in Python, Java, SQL. Strong Database Development Skill with the proven ability of communication to end-users and Basic Knowledge of Fixed Income products.
