Business Analyst (OTC, post trade), Financial Services, 50k

Our client is a leading financial market infrastructure provider. This role offers the opportunity to support major post trade platform initiatives, working across business and technology teams to deliver impactful system enhancements. Job Duties:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support system implementation by working closely with IT and external vendors
• Review system specifications to ensure alignment with business needs
• Prepare and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Support UAT cycles, including defect tracking, troubleshooting, and retesting
• Maintain clear documentation of test results and issue logs
• Assist in improving testing processes, including basic test automation
• Coordinate across teams to support timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in operations, risk, or project-related roles
• Exposure to UAT, system implementation, or process improvement
• Familiarity with OTC products or post trade workflows is a plus
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA, Python, or SQL is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Goood command of Chinese and English
