Business Analyst (D365 / ERP / Supply Chain)

We are looking for an O2C Business Analyst to support a large‑scale regional ERP transformation across Asia. The role will focus on end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, partnering closely with business stakeholders, regional process owners, and technical delivery teams to drive successful implementation, go‑live, and stabilization within D365 Finance & Operations and its integrated systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate business requirements workshops with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and retail
  • Assess current‑state (AS‑IS) processes, identify gaps, and design future‑state (TO‑BE) solutions aligned with global process standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams to review and validate D365 configurations, customizations, and system integrations
  • Support User Acceptance Testing activities, including test scenario development, defect management, and resolution tracking
  • Contribute to change management efforts such as user training, communications, and go‑live readiness
  • Provide post‑deployment support and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with data migration activities and ongoing master data governance


Key Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on ERP transformation initiatives
  • Strong hands‑on experience with D365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP platforms
  • In‑depth knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes
  • Experience with ERP integrations, including POS, WMS, logistics, and payment systems
  • Participation in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle is highly advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
