Role Overview

Seeking a strategic, high-level Business Analyst to drive corporate communication strategies and facilitate stakeholder alignment. This role focuses on leading interactive workshops, producing executive-level materials, and defining future communication roadmaps across corporate business communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workshop Facilitation: Plan, organize, and lead structured workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and drive strategy.

  • Communication Strategy: Shape high-level future communication strategies and roadmaps to engage corporate business communities effectively.

  • Material Preparation: Design and create high-quality, polished presentation materials, strategy decks, and executive frameworks.

  • Business & Community Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between leadership and corporate functions, translating complex business insights into clear, actionable messaging.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in business analysis, change management, corporate strategy, or strategic communications.

  • Workshop Mastery: Exceptional facilitation skills with hands-on experience running collaborative workshops and alignment sessions.

  • Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of finance, corporate operations, or enterprise business functions.

  • Strategic Communication: Strong ability to synthesize complex ideas into executive-ready decks and strategic communication plans.

  • Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
