Business Analyst (AI Project), Insurance, 30k

Our client is a leading insurance company. They are looking for a Business Analyst to support an AI-driven transformation project

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and support solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Drive digital application promotion and adoption initiatives while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Experience in project execution, business analysis, and system implementation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital applications, IT systems, and software development processes.
• Good understanding of UX principles with a customer-centric and creative mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
