Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business transformation and system enhancement initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions while maintaining a strong focus on testing, quality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from key stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end UAT activities including test case preparation, defect tracking, and test result reporting
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and validate delivered solutions
• Support system implementation, enhancement projects, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with user training, system rollout activities, and post-implementation support
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards
• Prepare reports and business insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT, QA, or project coordination
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and user acceptance testing
• Familiarity with defect management and testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working on digital platforms, system implementation, or transformation projects
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or data analysis
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
