Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Business Needs Analysis & Requirement Definition
  Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to understand business challenges, capture requirements, and convert them into clear functional specifications.

• Solution Planning & Technical Alignment
  Work closely with engineering teams to shape system solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing platforms. Assess current systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

• Testing Coordination & Quality Control
  Develop testing strategies, including test scenarios and scripts. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and validated.

• Deployment & Ongoing Support
  Oversee system rollout activities, including setup and configuration. Deliver user training, produce supporting documentation, and provide post-implementation troubleshooting.

• Stakeholder Engagement
  Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, manage expectations, and drive alignment toward project deliverables.

• Market & Technology Awareness
  Keep up to date with evolving trends, tools, and practices related to digital solutions, particularly within sourcing and retail environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally within sourcing, supply chain, or retail sectors.
• Solid understanding of system delivery processes and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with collaboration and documentation platforms (e.g., issue tracking and knowledge-sharing tools) is advantageous.
• Strong command of English; additional language skills such as Mandarin or French are a plus.
• Exposure to system integration or digital transformation initiatives will be beneficial.
