Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & BA Management: Provide end-to-end, hands-on project management and business analysis for digital products, focusing on AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and reporting tools to drive business efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the live performance of AI models and solutions, collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to drive continuous product enhancement.
  • Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking deliverables, timelines, and product quality standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and advancements in data/knowledge management to maintain a competitive innovation pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, STEM, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or project management-ideally within the financial services industry (banking or insurance).
  • Domain Track Record: Proven experience delivering large, complex digital transformation projects and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Team & Stakeholder Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to manage diverse, cross-functional project teams and align work with business Objectives and Key Outcomes (OKRs).
  • Core Competencies: Proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Tech Skills (Plus): Direct exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and advanced data analytics tools is highly preferred.
