Brand Manager - FMCG

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate brand performance - sales data analysis, market share analysis, and brand equity measurement
  • Organizing and maintaining databases of brand-related data - sales figures, market research data, and consumer demographics.
  • Optimizing ROI - By creating and executing comprehensive online and offline marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Conducting market research (customer insights, competitor analysis, and market segmentation) to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends related to the new product category.
  • Planning and executing the new product launch, including marketing coordination, promotional material creation, and driving product adoption.
  • Exercising budgetary control to optimize brand expenditures and maximize budget efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivation with passion to take initiative in exceeding business, team and individual.
  • Professional command in both English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Brand Manager
