Brand Manager, Chained retailers (Food & beverage industry)
Our client is a leading player in the F&B industry with an aggressive expansion plan. Hong Kong acted as a strategic platform for the regions on business planning, branding, promotion functions and etc. Armed with a well developed retail brand, they are now hiring suitable candidates to join the Marketing team as a Brand Manager to lead the store retail marketing programmes.
As a Brand Manager, you will be the key person to plan and execute the marketing campaign and strategy for store retail marketing including ATL and BTL promotions. You will understand consumer segment and behaviour to further identify brand positioning in the market. You will work closely with the product development team for new product launch strategies base on the market research. You will manage marketing budgets and ensure the marketing strategies can meet the company sales targets. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with marketing experience in food & beverage sector to join the growing principal firm.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in marketing
- Experience in working with F&B chain stores is essential
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
