A leading international law firm with a strong global presence is hiring a Business Development Executive position based in Hong Kong.

As part of the Business Development Team, you will be supporting the implementation of the Hong Kong Dispute resolution practice's strategic business development plan, attend meetings to provide updates on key BD activity and initiatives, and drive firm-wide or regional BD initiatives within the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team. You will also manage the preparation of pitches and proposals, work with partners and legal teams on pitch strategy and approach, help develop selling pitches for the practice, and maintain pitch support material for the practice group. You will undertake research and analysis in relation to existing key clients and identifying new targets and opportunities. You will work with the Senior Communications Manager in Asia on all media and PR opportunities related to the Dispute Resolution practice.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • At least four years' relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to establish professional credibility
