We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specializing in Finance & Accounting and Legal recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, conducting research, and learning about different businesses and career paths.

You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals.

Position Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential candidates through various sourcing channels
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across Finance & Accounting and Legal sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across multiple industries
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and video interviews
• Support consultants on active search assignments and recruitment projects
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate database records
• Stay up to date on market trends, hiring activities, and talent movements
• Provide candidate insights and market intelligence to the team

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-3 years of work experience, recruitment experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates would also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Resilient with a positive attitude
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
