Our client is a well-established leading player in the FMCG industry. Equipped with a wide-range of product portfolio, their products can be easily spotted out in different sales channels - supermarkets, convenient stores, health care chain stores, general trade and etc. With an aggressive growth plan, they are now hiring suitable candidates to join the sales team as a Key Account Manager to further develop the business across supermarket, convenient stores and department store channels.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the key person in developing sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and targets. You will work closely with those buyers across the key account channels. You will maintain a close relationship with the clients and offer them different promotion activities to boost up sales. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with FMCG sales experience to step up to managerial grade and further explore the high potential market.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 5 years sales/ business development experiences in FMCG sector
- Experience in supervising a small team will be a great advantage
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
