Assistant Sales Manager - Beverage / On Trade

My client is a top tier beverage manufacturer globally. With over 200,000 employees globally, they are the market leader within the retail sector. Looking to reinforce their on trade business, they are now in search of an Assistant Sales Manager to manage their on trade channel.

You would be leading a team of 4 subordinates to manage the on trade channel. You would be designing and orchestrating the sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales revenue. As an Assistant Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading existing team of 4 subordinates and managing the on trade channel sales
  • Maintaining sustainable business relationship with existing on trade accounts
  • Designing sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue
  • Providing regular sales reports for sales management and further strategies enhancement
  • Conducting field visit and market research to maintain competitive edge

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of team management experience
  • Experience within the on trade channel is a MUST
  • Experience handling Chinese restaurants channel would be an advantage
  • Experience handling beverage products would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, aggressive, and strong ability to adapt new environment
  • Strong command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with both written and spoken
