Assistant Retail Sales Training Manager - Luxury Jewelry

• Create and roll out onboarding, limited-edition/novelty, and monthly learning activities on a consistent schedule, plus run refresher learning sessions

• Build a storytelling-first approach for brand and product communication through structured training and on-floor coaching

• Track outcomes from the Mystery Shopper initiative and meet with store leaders to agree on corrective action plans

• Improve customer experience by redesigning and strengthening the new-customer journey

• Develop front-line teams' CRM capability and mindset to increase local sales performance

• Partner with the Training Manager to develop and manage the yearly training budget

• Create an annual local training roadmap aligned with company strategy

• Compile the monthly training plan and maintain accurate training attendance/recordkeeping

• Develop training guides for all novelty sessions and update program materials whenever required

• Manage translation of training resources and prepare follow-up tools after training sessions

• Plan and facilitate onboarding and refresher programs on a monthly or quarterly cycle

• Assist with company-led initiatives and time-sensitive ad hoc programs
