Assistant Operations Manager - Merchant Program

Job description

Our client is a well-known merchant promotion program in Hong Kong that are currently hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for their team.

Reporting to the Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing merchant relationships via an exclusive vendor. As such, this role will involve vendor assessment, service-level reviews and audits You will also be responsible for resolving escalated customer-service related issues at the vendor or merchant level and find solutions.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years' work experience in customer relationship management and/or operations management and/or vendor management
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A team player mentality, strong attention to detail, good communication skills
  • Fluent Cantonese and English
  • Vendor service level review experience advantageous
