Assistant Manager / Manager, FP&A - APAC

A regional FP&A role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across APAC within a retail environment. The position partners closely with business and functional teams to drive cost control, efficiency, and decision support.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts with budget owners across APAC
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve processes
  • Monitor regional spending trends and analyse budget vs forecast variances
  • Deliver financial insights, investment analysis, and management reporting
  • Develop and maintain FP&A templates, reports, and presentations
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or management accounting
  • Experience in regional or matrix organizations; retail exposure preferred
  • Strong data, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Process‑driven, structured, and detail‑oriented
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen
