Assistant Manager, Market Research & Analysis (Retail/ FMCG)
Our client is one of the major players in the FMCG industry. Armed with numbers of well-known brands and a wide range of product portfolio, the company is aggressively growing in the region. To support the operation of the trade marketing functions, they are now keen to hire an Assistant Manager, Market Research & Analysis (Retail/ FMCG) to support in analysing consumer behaviour and developing channel strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide market insights and recommendations based on the customer data, market trend, competitors reports and etc. You will be the key person in generating promotion programs & campaigns ideas to drive sales and market share growth. You will communicate closely with sales and finance teams in offering pricing & promotion offers. You will work closely with merchandising team in executing different trade marketing programs. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid consumer analysis experience and familiar with FMCG industries operation to join the growing company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree or above
- At least 3 years experiences in customer data analysis, market, trend analysis and etc.
- Open for candidates from agencies side
- Familiar with FMCG industry operation
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
