Assistant Manager, e-Banking
Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment and Retail banking. With their continuous expansion in their digital effort, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre e-banking / mobile banking professional to join their digital banking team.
Reporting to Team Lead, you will be part of a specialized digital banking team to formulate and implement digital strategies to drive the continuous development and enhancement of digital banking. With a strong focus on perfecting customer experience, you will work on digital projects in enhancing customer journey using various platforms, channels and technologies, such as Website, Mobile Apps, Virtual Assistants etc. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital project delivery. In addition, you will research and keep abreast with the latest technologies, market trends as well as user-friendly designs to ensure continuous improvement.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital project delivery related to Website, Mobile Banking / Payment Apps, Chatbot, preferably gained in Banking and/or Financial institutions
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
