Assistant Manager, Client Onboarding, Private Banking

Our client is one of the world's largest Private Banking Group based in Europe. In order to cope with continuous expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Manager, client onboarding in their Client Management team.
Reporting to the department head, you will manage and coach a small team for the client on-boarding process. You will also work closely with Front Office for performing qualitative and quantitative verification on any new account documentation of the wealth management clients as well as providing advice on any enquiries related to Account Opening documentations. In addition, you will need to liaise with Compliance, Operations, Legal and Risk and other departments to ensure the compliance of the client on boarding process. As an Assistant Manager, client onbaording, you will be expected to prepare timely reports for management's review and perform static data maintenance as well as other ad hoc. duties.
To qualify, individual must possess:
- University degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Detail minded with excellent communication skills
- Able to work under stress
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English
