Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager

The Company
Our Client is a market-leading intellectual property firm provides service to multinationals and SMEs in Greater China. They are based in Hong Kong, also have offices in Beijing and Shanghai. They are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager. This role will report to the finance director and supervise a small team of 2-3 junior staffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the accounting teams in both HK, PRC and overseas auditors for the US entity
• Supervise finance operation and access and conduct regular assessments of financial procedures
• Prepare consolidated report and management report and assist with profitability and cash flow forecasting
• Review monthly report and supervise account reconciliations
• Prepare financials report for parent company
• Work closely with different departments to enhance work process efficiency
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with HKICPA / ACCA qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in financial planning & analysis and managerial role, preferably with a consultancy firm
• Strong at FP&A and building financial modelling
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Attention to detail, good organization, and multi-tasking skill
• Proactive, independent, strong sense of responsibility and team player
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior title.
