Assistant Finance Manager - HK Listed Conglomerate

Our client is a HK Listed Conglomerate with great culture and benefits. To cope with their recent business expansion, they are now looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to join their Hong Kong Finance team:

Report to Financial Controller and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly group consolidation reports and other regular management reports
• Conducting financial forecast, budget and variance analysis reports
• Review project performance, perform analytical review and profitability analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
• Co-ordinate in internal control, due diligence, business projections and valuation of investment projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines with CPA qualification
• At least 3 years of experiences in financial reporting, ideally with PRC exposure
• Familiar in PRC accounting standards and taxation is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
