Assistant Finance Manager

The Company

Our client is a manufacturing and trading company focus on crop science and chemical products. It operates over 21 countries around the globe. Hong Kong as the regional office has a sizable finance team with around 20 staffs. They are hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to support the financial planning and analysis for APAC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting, budget and forecast across APAC
• Coordinate with project managers and local finance team on monthly reporting
• Review KPI and conduct P&L analysis to drive business performance
• Create new dashboard for data analysis on new model or new projects
• Consolidate financial data from local office and prepare variance analysis reports
• Work with stakeholders for budgeting and group expenses allocation

• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience ideally at least 1 years at a supervisory role.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage;
• Good team player, which strong stakeholder management skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
