  • Handle customer enquiry with a logic sense and good customer service attitude
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for problem solving
  • Perform regular reporting
  • Assist in administrative work
  • Coordinate and manage projects in the areas of typesetting, translation, design and printing
  • Interact with clients, vendors and internal departments
  • Quality assurance of projects delivery


  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer service in related field
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered as Customer Service Officer
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skill
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Shift duty is required
  • Willing to work overtime
