My client is one of the major utility groups in Hong Kong. With both corporate and residential product, they are the market leader within the industry. Looking to support their digital transformation, they are now in search of an Assistant Business Intelligence Manager.

You would be leading analytics projects for support business strategy design. You would be building models and dashboard to capture business insight. As an Assistant Business Intelligence Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Lead analytics projects to support business strategy design, particularly for upcoming digital transformation of company's product
• Design data mining model to capture and analyse data regarding consumer experience, marketing performance, products and customer service
• Design dashboard to summarize and classify business insights
• Drive digitalization or innovative initiative based on market insights and data analysis
• Support business program toward targeted segment

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 7 years of customer data analysis experience
• Data mining model building experience with language such as Python or R is a MUST
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau is a MUST
• Experience with digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics etc
• Good communication skills and independent working capability
• Strong command with both spoken and written Chinese and English
