Asia Sales Director - B2B Software Solutions

Job description

Our client is a globally renowned enterprise solutions firm whose products and services are used by governments, corporates and banks worldwide. They are currently hiring a regional Sales Director to join as a team leader and key account director for this business unit, covering Hong Kong, Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers, Inside Sales Managers and a network of distributors. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team members in the region are on track to delivery monthly, quarterly and annual targets. You will develop a sales and go-to-market channel strategy to make sure that growth targets are met and provide regular forecasting and reporting. You will also be responsible for client management and will take on management of key accounts in the region.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • At least 12 years' B2B professional field sales experience, preferably from within Information Services, IT Solution, Software or Cloud
  • At least 5 years' team management experience
  • A successful track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets, especially within the Government sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience interfacing and networking with senior level executives
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
