Application Support (Trading System) up to 50K

What you'll do:

• Support client to deliver solutions on OMS/EMS applications, work closely with L2 support team
• Support system enhancement project
• Assess, troubleshoot, and track issues while providing real-time solutions
• Acts as an escalation point for client and internal team

What you'll need

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in financial IT system support and implementation
• Experience in Oracle, Unix scripts, AIX and Linux
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill on trading support issues.
• Experience in tiers 3 support on OMS system would be an advantage
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and chaos engineering preferred.
• Strong awareness of application security, technology risk and source control
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
