Application Support, banking, back office, 60K

Responsibilities:

Provide L2 Application Support on Equity Back Office Settlement System, i.e. handle user queries, perform trouble-shooting, resolve technical issues, update JIRA board, etc.
Perform hands-on system configuration change
Assist development team in system testing
Prepare system documentation

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial IT system development, support, and implementation
Hands-on experience in providing L2 application support on financial applications
Proficiency in Oracle DB, SQL, shell-scripting in Linux/AIX platform
Experience in Oracle Form, Weblogic, and distributed system environment would be an advantage (nice to have)
Be able to work under pressure
Independent with good analytical and communication skills
Reliable, intelligent, diligent, and good problem-solving skills
