APAC Marketing Director - Financial Solutions
Our client is a well-established integrated financial services solutions and technology firm with a global presence. Due to increased demand, they are hiring an APAC Marketing Director, based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Global CMO in the US, you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of proactive marketing initiatives specifically for Asia, from creating a comprehensive long-term strategy for the region that reflects a strong understanding of market needs and drivers, to launching targetted online and offline campaigns in the local territories, to looking at new opportunities and methods to position the brand, products and customer experience as a leader within the industry. As the firm's expert in APAC, you will take ownership of the region's functional strategy and future growth.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years' B2B marketing experience within financial technology, SaaS or data solutions, financial services, or professional services
- A strong understanding and track record of having created and executed successful marketing strategies within Asia that delivered revenue growth
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects and deadlines simulaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence sales, operations and headquarters
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese; ability to read Chinese highly preferred
- A Bachelor's degree; Master's degree advantageous
