APAC End Users Support Assistant Manager (Microsoft Products)

Job description

Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Operations support
a. Manage and deliver high quality end-to-end support for the end-user environment domain in APAC region
b. Proactively manage, monitor and resolve day to day operational issues to maximize uptime and availability of APAC infrastructure
c. Provide 3rd level support of user and store support, deliver timely support and make appropriate escalation when necessary
d. Provide system administration with knowledge in SCCM, AD, GPO, O365, VMWare, Windows 2012, 2016 server, Exchange, Skype for Business, Air Watch, Anti-virus, Veeam Backup solutions
e. Regularly review and update documents of infrastructure setup
f. Ensuring the IT inventory is up-to-date and accurate
g. Public cloud solution knowledge e.g. AWS, Azure is advantage

Requirement:

Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Qualifications: Professional qualification in MCTS, MCSE / VCP / ITIL / PMP will be an advantage

Years of Work Experience: At least 7 years working experience in Regional IT Infrastructure design, operations and projects

Personal Qualities: Good communication & presentation skill. Able to handle/solve the problem independently

Specific Know-how: Deep and advanced troubleshooting and administration skill and knowledge in SCCM, AD, GPO, PowerShell & O365 is a MUST. Solid experience Exchange 2013, Workspace One, Win 10 and large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
