AI Engineer/ Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Architecture: Design and develop high-quality Python code, GenAI frameworks, data ingestion pipelines, and orchestration workflows.
  • Module Ownership: Independently design product modules to meet specific business requirements and GenAI project features.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define unit test plans, design and execute golden test cases, and lead code reviews to ensure system accuracy and code quality.
  • Project Delivery: Lead migrations (e.g., to AKP), oversee accuracy tuning, handle complex development tasks, and support SIT/UAT and hypercare phases.
  • Research & Innovation: Track the latest advancements in generative AI, contribute to technical research papers, and assist with patent applications.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/GenAI development, Python engineering, framework design, and pipeline orchestration.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Proven experience in accuracy tuning, handling complex coding tasks, and supporting full-cycle testing (SIT/UAT/Hypercare).
  • Communication & Language: Fluency/proficiency in both Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with global teams.
