Our client as a well-known MNC company, is actively looking for a talent who can provide wide range of support to their office administrative activities

Job Duties

  • Perform procurement activities for various office equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with service providers on service pricing, terms and conditions
  • Evaluate and ensure standard of service providers' performance and product quality
  • Assist in monitoring and control office expenses
  • Work on report compilation, payment settlement and equipment maintenance coordination, etc.
  • Support on receptionist duties (or back-up) when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • A minimum of 3 years' related working experiences; preferably in insurance field
  • Mature, organized and helpful individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Chinese word-processing
