  • Administrative and event marketing support
  • 5-day work week

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and developing stakeholder engagement programs
  • Prepare and update communication materials and other related documents
  • Provide on-site support for stakeholder engagement programs in a professional manner
  • Handle enquiry hotline, applications and update records in system accordingly
  • Support ad-hoc projects or events if required


  • Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Business Administration and related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' admin work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Video Editor is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Energetic, good interpersonal skills, a quick learner and team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
