Job duties:

  • Support in general office administration duties
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties in daily operations
  • General team support such as meeting and travel arrangements
  • Assist in handling confidential documents
  • Manage and update company database
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • 2+ years of admin-related working experience
  • Fast-paced, detail minded and proactive team player
  • Stable employment & MNC working experience is preferred
  • Experience in Professional firms/ Finance industries is also a plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
