Administration & Facilities Manager, MNC

Job description

Our client is an international sizable FMCG company. They are looking for an all-rounded admin manager. This is a hands on and all-rounded position in a multicultural office. You will report to the Director of HR in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Repsonsible for office administration and facilities management
  • Coordinate the daily and logistics activities and operations of the operation team of 10 staff
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office procurement, office admin, office relocation and renovation, office events logistics, liaision with catering partners, vendors and office risk assessment
  • Maintain workspace in good order and condition
  • Analyze workflow issues and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced working environment
  • A team player with initiative, energetic, flexible and good interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is an advantage
