Administration & Facilities Manager, MNC
Job description
Our client is an international sizable FMCG company. They are looking for an all-rounded admin manager. This is a hands on and all-rounded position in a multicultural office. You will report to the Director of HR in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Repsonsible for office administration and facilities management
- Coordinate the daily and logistics activities and operations of the operation team of 10 staff
- Responsible for the full spectrum of office procurement, office admin, office relocation and renovation, office events logistics, liaision with catering partners, vendors and office risk assessment
- Maintain workspace in good order and condition
- Analyze workflow issues and process improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment
- A team player with initiative, energetic, flexible and good interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is an advantage
