Background
Our client is an International investment management company located in Central, they are looking for an office admin/Receptionist to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be handling office admin and meeting management.


Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors; handle phone calls and emails enquiries
  • Preparing trip itineraries, travel arrangements for the team
  • Coordinate and participate in regular group meetings; responsible for minutes taking
  • Handle Ad Hoc duties when required such as meeting room bookings, conference call set up, stationery orders, video conference organisation
  • Liaise with global offices


Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 -2 years experience in admin/receptionist, preferably in financial institution
  • Fluent to native in spoken and written English; fluent in spoken Cantonese
  • Oversea returnees is highly preferred
  • Organised, detail oriented and punctual
  • Fresh graduate with strong communication skills will also be considered
