Our client is a representative of government agency that mainly focuses on financial services. They are looking for an interim Admin officer/Executive Assistant to Director for 3 months.
- Manage Director's calendar on a daily basis including meeting and travel arrangement
- Provide translation between English and Chinese
- Organise and coordinate various activities relating to business development, Chamber/association events, conferences, seminar etc.
- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and reports
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
- Experience in administrative
- Chinese and English typing
- Immediately available
