Our client is a representative of government agency that mainly focuses on financial services. They are looking for an interim Admin officer/Executive Assistant to Director for 3 months.


  • Manage Director's calendar on a daily basis including meeting and travel arrangement
  • Provide translation between English and Chinese
  • Organise and coordinate various activities relating to business development, Chamber/association events, conferences, seminar etc.
  • Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the office


  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Experience in administrative
  • Chinese and English typing
  • Immediately available
