Our client is a PRC invetment firm established in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. They are looking for an Admin officer to support the daily administration work in office.

Job duties

  • Provide General receptionist duties, including but not limitng to answering telephone calls in professional manner, courier delivery, guest greeting, comapny car arrangement
  • Prepare expense claims report
  • Handle travel arrngement for the team
  • Maintain and coordinate room booking and setup
  • Any administrative related duties required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Multi tasking, independent, and able to work under tight schedule
