Admin Assistant - Procurement & reporting

Our client is a worldwide insurance company, they are looking for an administration assistance to look after procurement, office admin, reporting and reception cover.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of procurement activities, update contract agreement of office equipment
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for office operations
  • Assist in general administration, document handling, procurement update, company policy update and standard service quality checks
  • Assist in office expense and payment settlement
  • Occasionally reception coverage
  • Perform ad hoc task as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in financial service or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge in computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
