Admin Assistant - Part-time

Job description

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with cheque processing, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with finance-related stakeholders
  • Support employee reimbursements, such as collecting receipts, verifying documentation, and submitting claims for processing
  • Handle errands and ad-hoc tasks outside the office, including document drop-offs, collections, and other operational support as required
  • Coordinate and manage basic administrative paperwork, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with payment follow-ups, document submissions, and simple administrative tracking
  • Support office operations by handling miscellaneous administrative requests and logistical arrangements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed for administrative coordination
  • Perform general office support duties to ensure timely completion of operational tasks

Requirements

  • Able to commit two full working day per week
  • Immediately Available preferred
