Admin Assistant, Immediate - early Apr, maternity cover

Our client is a global investment company located in Central. They are looking for an admin assistant to join the office administration team for maternity coverage. You will start immediately until early April.

Responsibilities:

  • Support one Head of Department (expat)
  • Provide administrative and office operations support to Hong Kong office
  • Assist with travel arrangement, invoicing, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement for a team of 15
  • Conference management and project coordination
  • Back up reception occasionally
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 5 years of office admin and secretary experience in MNC
  • Energetic, fast-paced, proactive and a good team player
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Excellent PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Able to commit the contract period for handover
  • Immediate availability is a must
