Our client is a start-up event management company located in Central. Due to business needs, they are looking for an admin assistant to join the event operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office operations support to Hong Kong office and event operations team
  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
  • Conference management and project coordination
  • Administrative work for executing and planning of events
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 2 years of office admin or event management experience
  • Energetic, fast-paced, proactive and a good team player
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Excellent PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
